BEGINNER'S CHALLENGE...
MAKE A CHESS SET IN TWO DAYS


Beginners: no turning experience. Two instructors. 32 dowels and 4 horse head blanks. Two days.

Using our lathes and a small handful of tools they will keep (see tool-making videos, below), each
student will produce a full sized, well made chess set ... including carving the knights's heads!
